Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom software developed specifically for your project, excluding any pre-existing technologies or third-party components.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
