Who we are

Elvento Labs Private Limited publishes this website and the games listed under our name on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Our address is GK-I / 253, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014, India.

This policy covers elvento.com and those games. Use this page as the privacy policy URL in a store listing. Privacy questions and deletion requests go to info@elvento.com.

The website

The project form does not save your brief on our servers. Sending it opens your email app with a message to info@elvento.com. If you send that email, we receive what you wrote: name, email address, company, and the note about the game.

The site host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker.

Games on the stores

Not every game collects every category below. The Google Play Data safety section and the Apple App Privacy details for a game are the list for that title. A game may collect:

  • Details you give us, such as a player name, email address, or support message. If a game has an account, the name and email used to create it.
  • Device and app data, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, and IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Identifiers the platform provides, such as an advertising ID or a vendor ID, when the game uses ads, analytics, or cloud save.
  • Gameplay data, such as progress, scores, settings, and how a session went.
  • Purchase records from Apple or Google: product, transaction id, and whether it succeeded. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data.
  • Camera, photos, or microphone only when a game asks and you allow it in the system prompt.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Run the game, save progress, and deliver purchases.
  • Reply to you and keep a record of a project or support thread.
  • Fix crashes and see which features people use.
  • Show and measure ads, in games that include advertising.
  • Limit fraud, cheating, and abuse.
  • Meet accounting and other legal duties.

On iOS, a game that tracks activity across other companies’ apps and websites asks for permission through Apple’s prompt. You can refuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that host, store, analyze, advertise, or email on our behalf, and with Apple or Google to distribute the game and process purchases. We also share it when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Children

Our games are rated on the store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the higher age set by local law, beyond what a store’s rules allow for a title made for children. A game directed at children does not use interest-based advertising. If you believe a child sent us personal information, write to info@elvento.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, refuse a permission prompt, and uninstall a game. If a game has an account, you can delete that account in the game or by emailing info@elvento.com. We will delete or anonymize the personal information tied to the account, except for records we must keep, such as a purchase required for tax or fraud prevention.

You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we have no duty to keep. Write to info@elvento.com.

How long we keep it

Account and gameplay data stay while the account or install is in use, and for a limited time after a deletion request is finished. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Crash logs and server logs are kept for a short operations window, then deleted or overwritten.

Where it is processed

We are based in India. Games are available in other countries, and our providers, Apple, and Google may process information in India, the United States, and other places where they operate.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The copy at this URL is the one that applies to the website and to our store listings.
